The bonus will be paid in the currency of your choice, selected upon registration only.
The maximum bonus that can be awarded during any year to client is €/$ 100000, depending on the currency of client account. Finrally, at its sole discretion, may award additional bonus to client.
Bonuses are optional and will be granted only after client's confirmation. In case if client by mistake accepted a bonus, he must notify customer support within 3 working days, without making any trading activity and the bonus will be removed from client's account. More information about bonuses you can find in User Agreement.
In case of negative trading results, risk-free trades are compensated in the form of a trading bonus based on bonus provision rules. To use this service, you have to contact your account manager and get a prior confirmation.
Fixed income account (FIA) – is investment offer for the active Finrally clients, with a pre-defined rate of return. Invested capital is managed by Finrally trading department and gives a stable rate of return for the investor. In FIA, invested capital safety is guaranteed by Finrally, with a refund of invested amount, regardless the market behaviour!
How to make a FIA investment?
1. To register;
In your personal profile, open a trading account and fund it;
Return to the personal profile and select "Fixed income account" and make an investment.
Your account will be immediately activated and start to generate you profit.
Can I request a withdrawal of FIA investments before the minimal investment term?
You can withdraw the invested capital at any time by making a withdrawal request through the personal profile, however income for incomplete period will be withheld.
Is it possible to make FIA investment, not trading on personal account?
Since Finrally is a brokerage company, it primary focuses on traders services. FIA is provided as an additional source of income for active clients who regularly trade. However, you can initially invest only to FIA. In this case, generated by FIA profit will be available to withdraw only when the minimal required turnover is reached on you own trading account.
What is the minimal required turnover to withdraw profit from FIA?
The minimal monthly turnover should be equal to the amount of investments to FIA, or exceed it. Time base of 1 month - 30 days.
Example 1: You invest 1000 USD to FIA. To withdraw FIA profit for 1 month (100 USD), your personal trading account turnover should be min. 1000 USD
Example 2: You invest 1000 USD to FIA. To withdraw FIA profit for 3 month (450 USD), your personal trading account turnover should be min. 3000 USD
Example 3: You invest 1000 USD to FIA. To withdraw FIA profit for 6 month (1000 USD), your personal trading account turnover should be min. 6000 USD
What happens if the minimal turnover on the trading account is not reached?
In this case a client can partially withdraw his FIA profit, covered by his trading account turnover. The formula used for calculation:
Profit available for withdrawal = trading account turnover / minimal required turnover * FIA profit
Does my personal trading results effect FIA profitability?
There is no relation in profitability between personal trading account and FIA. Regardless your own trading results you will get a stable profit on FIA.
How fast the profit and investments can be withdrawn from FIA?
Application for withdrawal of funds from the FIA is processed within 1 hour. All withdrawals from FIA are done to your personal trading account as trading deposit, complying with the general conditions of trading deposits.
You can fund your account by credit cards (VISA/Master Card) , UnionPay ,Alipay, Amex, JCB, Wire Transfer, WEBMONEY, QIWI WALLET, OKPAY, Bitcoin, PERFECT MONEY, NETELLER ot PayPal.
The funds will be available for trading immediately, once we receive a confirmation from payment system.
The minimal amount allowed for withdrawal is $50.
For security reasons, identification of the person is required for all withdrawals, regardless of the withdrawal amount.
For account without bonus: trader has to reach a 100% turnover from deposited amount, to claim for for withdrawal. For account with bonus: trader has to reach 300% turnover from deposited amount, to claim for deposited amount and profit withdrawal. More details in "User agreement".
Finrally processes all withdrawal requests within 1 hour. However verification may take longer time, if client didn't submit all requested documents in time.
If you wish to cancel a withdrawal, please contact customer support as soon as possible. If the funds have not been debited from your trading account, you may be able to cancel the transaction as it may still be in process. However, if the funds have been debited from your trading account, the withdrawal may already have been processed.
Finrally doesn't withhold any taxes. However, as a customer, it is your responsibility to follow the taxes requirements in your jurisdiction.

CFDs are a simple and potentially very profitable way to make money from short term movements on the market. By correctly predicting whether the price of an asset will go up or down, you can get a significant income.
There is no need to download something before you can start trading with Finrally. All you need to do is register and deposit funds into your account and you’ll be ready to start trading CFDs.
The minimum deposit amount is 250$ (or €), and the maximum - 50000$ (or €). For Fixed Income Accounts, minimum deposit amount is 500$ (or €)

Green indicates rate's increase comparing with previous time period. Red indicates rate's decrease comparing with previous time period.
The minimum bet amount on Finrally platform is 10$ (or €), and the maximum - 1500$ (or €)
If you can't make a trade, it means that:
1. You have insufficient funds on the balance;
2. You are trying to invest an amount that is lower than the minimum allowed amount;
3. It's not enough time till expiration, to execute the option.
“Follow the Leaders” - is an opportunity to place trades, identical to trades of our most successful traders. If you are not confident in your strategy or you do not have time to trade, you can automatically copy the actions of the chosen leader, and repeat his trading results.
You can choose US Dollars (USD/$) or Euros (EUR/€), as your base account currency. All deposits and trading results will be calculated in a base currency.
CFDs are a new and exciting way to trade financial markets which differ from traditional financial options. Whereas traditional financial options normally have a long expiry period, CFDs from Finrally offer a short term range of expiration (from 24 hours to 60 seconds). Traditional financial options tend to offer wildly changing returns from investment, and are complex to trade successfully. CFDs, in contrast, offer fixed return and are simple for understanding.
Finrally uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt your transactions and keep your personal information as secure as possible. This automated technology is used by major banks and other financial companies who have information on the web. Most browsers support SSL encryption, however, if for any reason your browser is not able to support the technology, you will receive an instant notification. You can verify whether web page is SSL compliant by checking the address. It should start with "https://..." - the "s" stands for "secure".
